Training the instructors

TSEDEK offre à des jeunes des séminaires de formation pour les préparer à leur futur rôle d’encadrement des enfants en difficulté.

TSEDEK offers young people, training seminars to prepare them for their future role in mentoring children in difficulty.

TSEDEK’s educational work is mainly done through girls serving in the national service, monitors and welcome center managers. They work on a voluntary basis, often by ideal.

TSEDEK spares no effort to train these good wills: information, training, seminars, supervision… Many resources are made available the education teams on the field throughout the year.

A 5-day training seminar is set up twice a year to prepare young people to supervise children and young people during their holidays, but also before and after school. Young people learn the basic tools and knowledge needed to fill their task.

Goals of the session

– Experimenting with different activities around nature, the senses, game, sciences,

– Developing and creating nature-dominated activities,

– Thinking about the limits of the instructor’s role in the education about the environment.

The instructors learn how to use animation techniques to put at the service of public awareness, while keeping a fun and enriching environment!

As a bonus during this session: a focus on outdoor activities, including hiking.

It demonstrates an educational commitment and a volunteer’s will for an association while giving access to important responsibilities.
