A recognized process to reintegrate children in social breakdown, is to allow them to express themselves through sports activities.

Children who regularly participate in such activities show a real improvement in educational outcomes, acquire a better concentration and strengthen their social relations.

The benefits of sport for young people are indeed manifold. Physical activity reduces the risk of being overweight, strengthens the heart and lungs, strengthens the skeleton, undeniably promotes the sociability and psychomotor development of children.
